CNWL (Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust) sexual health services have updated their online booking system for patients in London and Surrey. Anyone wanting to book appointments online can now do so through Mikkom's mCB system. The system can be accessed through its Sexual Health website and allows patients to choose the service, location, date and time they need, with the option of cancelling the appointment if they are unable to attend.

Alasdair Tudhope, Deputy Service Director, Sexual Health & HIV at CNWL said "Online booking is a really important feature for allowing our patients to quickly and easily see our availability at different locations, and to conveniently book in to appointments at a time of their choosing without having to call our contact centre. The Mikkom online booking service allows us great flexibility in setting up clinics for online booking and loading on appointment availability. It’s easy to configure to give clear information to patients. The team has worked closely with us in getting the system set up, and been very supportive through the implementation. We plan to make more types of clinic and appointment available for online booking over the next few weeks and months so that services are more accessible to patients."
